Dr. Thapa's visit was very "refreshing" for me in several ways. Firstly he was very pleasant at introducing himself and immediately professional by holding his clipboard of my pre-visit documents in front of him. It appeared he had actually reviewed the portions of my history that would indicate a path forward in my treatment that might yield a near immediate relief to my pain AND my particularly high general anxiety level. Yes, I saw Dr. Thapa for the first time and I thought he was actually really, really, really great. He explained everything to me and my partner and made me feel very comfortable with his decision on my medical terms and explained what would be the next step. So yeah, I think I would know I would recommend him to anybody that needed any kind of help like I do.

Dr. Thapa focuses on the patient Not the EMR He actually does an incredible observation assessment and exam from that point So reassuring to have a provider that considers the whole patient.

I believe that Dr. Thapa took me seriously. He listened and he had good comments. I had good faith in him, which I have not always had in my past experience. I felt that he was very compassionate.

Dr. Thapa took time with us, explaining that he likes to take a least-invasive approach first to see if that works before doing more aggressive procedures. We have experience with the aggressive procedures he was referencing -- those have not helped in the long run. So we were open to his more measured approach, and and are feeling more hopeful, and less frustrated, under his care.

Dr. Thapa is the 3rd pain management physician I have seen. He was such a surprise because he was so honest and sincere, explained everything in what I would call "laymen's terms" without being condescending. Needless to say I was extremely impressed with Dr. Thapa who by the way was recommended by a neighbor. I have complete confidence in Dr. Thapa

My Dr is amazing he really goes above he listens and has helped me where no one else has he ended my severe pain with the meds I needed where no one else has helped me Have a lot of different Dr's for many injuries I have and he's the best although all of your Dr's are great!

The Dr was very thorough and explained the whole procedure that I will be having. He took his time and did not rush me at all.

This was the first time Dr. Thapa took the time to explain a procedure that the providers at this clinic would "mention" as an option. It may have been because I had someone on my phone listening and offering information. [redacted] I do like that he pulled up MRI (first time) and didn't stare and type into the computer during the visit. He explained a procedure very well.

This office is amazing, everyone is so Polite, thoughtful , caring, kind and so friendly, I always leave the office with a smile, Doctor Thapa is absolutely the best doctor, he's caring, thoughtful , helpful, hears and the best part , he listens to what you have to say. I can't say enough about his character/ personality, he truly cares about his patients .
