The provider seemed very offended that I preferred they not use the AI scribe and treated me with less empathy and respect after I stated that. They had no knowledge of my eating disorder history despite me talking to them about it in the past. It felt like the provider had not read my chart and knew very little about me.

Dr. Buckley is the finest Primary care physician that I have known in my several decades of seeking outpatient medical care.
