I think that Dr. Spence saved my life, basically. She, at one time I went in and told her of the breast cancer situation in my family and she ordered an MRI even though I had had a clear mammogram recently and they found cancer on the MRI and I truly believe that she saved my life.

This visit was great as usual with Dr. Spence. I did have a not so great experience about a year and a half ago when I came to the office with a different care provider for a sick visit. I never did get a chance to provide feedback on that visit. Dr. Spence has always been very helpful, very courteous, and I never feel like I didn't get a chance to say or get something taken care of with her.

Appointment was suggested by provider to discuss issue raised by PT. There had been a few messages back and forth about it. However, when I came for the appointment, it was as if provider had no knowledge of the exchange of messages. I tried to explain why I was there.

Our experience with Dr. Spence was excellent. The problem with the questionnaire is I'm not sure we saw a nurse. If we did, I'm guessing the person that brought us into the room was a nurse, but I'm not really sure about that. She was wonderful, and I gave her the best responses I could. So our experience was great. Appreciate that very much, and appreciate the opportunity to provide some feedback. Again, I'm not sure we saw a nurse. I know that Dr. Spence is a medical doctor, and somebody brought us into the room, and she took vital signs, and she did an interview, but I'm not sure she was a nurse. And so anyway, my response to the nurse was a reaction to that person. Thank you.
