Dr. Patel is the best doctor I've ever had. She's warm, friendly, knowledgeable, nonjudgmental and HAES aligned. She's also very understanding about my medical anxiety. I have never felt more respected or safe with a doctor before.

Yes, I really enjoyed and thought Dr. Patel was pretty thorough. It's hard, I lost my PCT, so it's the first time we've met, so it's hard to not compare. So there were a couple of things that it's just people. But yes, I'm looking forward to working with her. And she's already caught something in my blood work that could be something, could not, but I'm glad she was on top of it.

It was very nice meeting this provider- thank you for seeing me on short notice. After explaining, I was understood on a level beyond that of just symptoms. We talked about two issues and made a plan- and may need to contact the office again. I could ask questions and Dr. Patel is not only a good listener but easy to speak with. Communication was friendly and professional and 'just easy'... This provider looked at the problem and evaluated quickly, I will keep an eye on it and get back if necessary. Dr Patel had reviewed what tests/blood work that I needed. I had a note of items to bring up but she had addressed them before I could ask. Always a very good visit.

Dr Patel continues to dispense good advice in a caring, professional manner. She is fully conversant with my chart and I rely on her to provide a nudge for me to do more to help myself, ie a home BP cuff, watching my A1C, etc. Recently I passed out unexpectedly from what has been called orthostatic hypotension. She reviewed my test results and we discussed what bearing the event and tests have on my health. She is always helpful, upbeat and bright.

My experience with Dr. Deidre Patel was very good. She expressed concerns about one condition that she ordered blood test for, to rule out conditions, that two previous pcp's ignored.

This was my first visit with Dr.Patel to whose care I am transferring from UMassMedical Center. As anticipated (from my wife's experience), I am very happy with my decision and look forward to my new medical care site and providers.
