Dr Rao was wonderful. He listened patiently as I recited my medical history, asked pertinent questions, and examined me. He treated me with respect. I was very pleased with my experience during this visit ... and with the followup letter on Patient Gateway.

I am truly grateful for the care and treatment I have been provided with Dr.Rao. He is patient, understanding and listens deeply when I explain how I am feeling. It has been a road of many challenges and I have always felt supported and cared for through out my time with him. He is an empathetic, professional, caring physician. Dr Rao was patient and asked quite a few questions - I have a complicated medical history, so I appreciate his thoughtfulness!

I appreciate that Dr Rao was familiar with my history, both my medical history and my lifestyle strategies that had worked for me in the past (for example: he discussed how I'd done really well by practicing yoga in the past to address my symptoms).
