The doctor interrupted me several times as I was explaining my problem. She seemed mainly interested in the results of laboratory tests. She seemed not interested in any prior medical visits. She seemed to be in a big rush. She ended the visit before several of my concerns were addressed. [redacted]

Dr Collier was well informed about the blood infection I had this summer and asked how everything was going now.

Every time I visit, the ENTIRE staff is wonderful. I never really have to wait. They are all very friendly!

Dr. Collier is very attentive, sympathetic, empathetic, and kind. She helps me feel better. We go through all my meds to see what's working, what's not working. I recommend her highly.

Just to clarify, concerning the question about being contacted after an x-ray or blood test. I did have a blood test & Dr. Collier knows I use the Patient Gateway to see my results. She does contact me if there are issues, but on the whole there is no need to reach out after a blood test.

Dr Collier is an excellent physician. I am grateful for her care and consideration.

Dr. Collier is very nice, always smiling. I just don't think she gets how much pain I am in. I have asked her over and over again, I'm in a lot of pain and she won't, I want to be on a higher dose of prednisone. And she refuses, she wants me off of it. But I am hurting and I'm not happy with her.

As an licensed EMT the doctors to listen to me for what I am saying

So far so good. I know autoimmune diseases are evasive and hard to diagnose so I'm hoping she considers all of my symptoms and past results. Suffering silently is daunting. Vague symptoms and borderline results often bring no conclusions. I just want an answer and to feel heard. Thank you.
