Very happy with expertise and care team. They took exceptional care of me.

Dr. Eliott is a quick study of available tests from other hospitals. Think he is very competent. He could be more patient focused to acknowledge their presence when you meet with him and personally give a summary when office visit is over.

When I arrived, there was no record of my appointment, despite listed on the portal and been sent reminders. The computer system was down at the time. Despite these problems, I was accommodated with an appointment and was able to see Dr. Dean Eliott.

I had heard that Dr Eliott might not have the best bed side manner. I found to be false. I really liked the way he explained everything to me. He knew I was science oriented and treated me like I could understand. I really liked him. 2 thumbs up!!

The overall appointment was very long, but very thorough

I would like to have had at least another two or three minutes to talk with this provider about some extra questions I've had. I would have liked just a little bit more time. I realized he was very busy, but I would have liked to have had just a few more minutes with him.

I think this provider was the best person I worked with. Very attentive and knows exactly what he's doing, very professional.

I go every 3 months and this last visit I was in and out within 2.5 hours. Normal visits are 3.5 to 4 hours. I was over the moon to move thru the visit so quickly.

I just think you need to speed up the process. Clearly, way too many patients are scheduled to fit into the time that's allotted for the clinic. I go to the retina clinic. I think Dr. Eliott is great, but I'm not sure who's doing the scheduling. But it's kind of ridiculous that an appointment takes more than four hours. Thank you.

Very frustrating visit... .CEO come to the 12 floor and take a look SPEND THE ENTIRE DAY. NO LUNCH.NO BATHROOM BREAK. JUST SIT, SIT ,SIT AND OBSERVE GET OUT OF YOUR OFFICE....

The office overall has people who are efficient and good about answering questions as you go through various steps leading up to the actual doctor's exam and reading of digital pictures. The 2.5 hour process ends with feedback on annual changes to your condition. I know my Dr is experienced and very knowledgeable and I trust his findings. This year he was obviously behind and rushing and his manner made me feel I could not take a few minutes to ask a few of the questions on my mind.
