Dr Chen listened and asked pertinent questions. His explanations were concise and easy to understand. Dr Chen comes across as a very likable person. I feel confident in his assessment of my situation.

Given how complex my situation is Dr Chen's approach was very good in that he considered a number of factors other than trying the latest migraine medication.

Kind caring would have been nice to see in person but worked out well

Dr. Chen took his time and listened and then came up with a treatment plan that I was happy with. I appreciate them moving the appointment up so that I could be seen more quickly. And the people in his office were very nice.

Provider is great. Didn't know much about my history though even though i started the first appointment with him and later kept doing follow ups with the APP. But was very nice and polite and did the procedure very quickly

It was the most thorough appointment I've ever had. Dr Chen was not in a hurry, asked dozens of questions, and eventually arrived at an additional diagnosis that really surprised me. I'm hoping that his recommendations will really make a difference.

I was very happy with the thoroughness of his questions and the time that he spent with me was very adequate.

He logged onto the zoom 16 minutes late, when he logs on the first thing he said was "have we met before" and I proceed to remind him how he is my doctor and we've seen each other multiple times. I was in the hospital the weekend prior to seeing him relating for the reason for this visit was to follow up on the reasons I was in the ED, and he had no idea about any of this until I told him and didn't look at my chart prior. Was unhelpful.

This was a virtual visit. Um, he didn't show his face on the visit. Um, so I didn't know really who I was talking to unless it was, you know, because it just only had his name. Um, he also just wasn't really, uh, he was 30 minutes late to the appointment. So I, I almost thought that I missed the appointment. Um, and I kind of just feel like, um, it was just standard procedure for him and he was just running through a list of things and. He wasn't exactly thorough and didn't really have much to say. I used him as a second opinion. I didn't feel like it was a great second opinion. [redacted]

I felt like he didn't listen and understand my medical history and was not compassionate blaming me for my symptoms.

Dr. Chen was such a pleasure to speak with! He was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and gave me so many recommendations about my health that I could implement immediately.

Virtual appointments are tricky, this provider was distracted by something off screen and he was smiling as I was talking about my medical history. Bed side manner was horrible.

Dr. Chen really understands my condition and makes the right recommendations. We've done some trial and error stuff. He's always willing to try and listen to something new and informs me about everything. I really enjoy seeing him. I think at first sometimes it's a little standoffish, but that seems natural. Once you get going, I'm very familiar and comfortable. I like Dr. Chen a lot. He's very good at handling my medical issues.

Dr. Chen answered all my questions. He showed empathy when I discussed my left eye problem with him.

Dr. Chen is a wonderful physician. He's caring and compassionate, listening carefully to my concerns and providing thorough explanations of symptoms and treatment options.

This provider seemed very knowledgeable and he understood my reluctance in trying and taking prescription medication for migraines and he helped me to figure out a way to see my diet and supplements can help with preventing the migraines rather than having to take prescription medication.

Yes, I thought that Dr. Chen was very knowledgeable. He was very patient. He explained things thoroughly. And I am very, very glad that I was able to get an appointment with him because he was highly recommended. I appreciate the time that he dedicated to me.

It was my first time in person to meet Dr. Chen and he was very personable and kind, explained the procedure, injecting some steroidal needles into the back of my head and neck. He described what he was doing very well and very simply and I don't really have any complaints.

Although Dr. Chen was a little bit late, he spent as much time as we needed to talk about what was going on with me and to explain things to me and I was very happy with my visit.

He was wonderful. He took really good care of me. He listened to everything that I had to say. His notes after the meeting were very detailed and I could tell that he really did care and he was paying perfectly good attention and he gave me really good advice.
