Exceptionally timely, respectful and a great listener. He was very calm and I had confidence that he listened to me and had respect for my experience.

Dr Caplan was very knowledgeable, provided me with a vast amount of knowledge in layman terms and addressed my questions and fears.

He was extremely well prepared and had extensive knowledge of the current research applicable to my situation. Dr Caplan also listened carefully to my situation and explained the current treatment available and the risks of this treatment. He asked if I was interested in the current treatment option and when I explained that I would not feel comfortable with the risk , he recommended no further pre-treatment testing that was applicable to the questionable treatment available. I went for a consultation about possible future memory loss because of family history of Alzheimer's. I felt reassured by Dr. Caplan's memory test that I'm ok for now. He understood my concerns.

Dr. Caplan is always very easy to talk to. He listens and answers questions effectively. He gives the feeling that he cares for his patients. He is never in a rush to finish the appointment.

Provider was very professional, very concerned, listened carefully, and left me feeling that he really cared about my wellness.

Professional

Visit was to deal with anxiety of dementia patient. Anxiety of patient during visit resulted in visit being terminated, resulting in inadequate time to ask questions about new med, discontinuing old med, etc. As a caregiver this visit was very disappointing.

My visit went very well. Dr. Caplan listened to me and educated me. He was respectful, kind, empathetic. I highly recommend this intelligent and compassionate doctor.
