He did operations so my eyes no longer bleed. I haven't received a needle in over 2 years. I can now see 20/20 and I never imagined my sight to be like this ever again. If I never went to ME&E and met Dr Wu i know my sight would never be in the condition that they are. All i can say is Thank You

Dr. Wu is wonderful! I know he sees probably hundreds of patient between my-up to now-twice yearly visits but I always feel like he knows exactly who I am. It was almost 6pm, I was the next to the last patient and he still had surgery after but I didnt feel he was irritated or rushing. A great doctor and a remarkable man.

Everyone was so patient and kind. Dr Wu and his team thoroughly explained what was going on with my condition in a way I could fully understand and that others in the past had not. They were extremely empathetic and understanding. I also really appreciate Dr Chen playing Chappell Roan while I was having a laser procedure done. I have seen Dr David Wu before and he is knowledgeable about the history and is very helpful. Not much has changed in the retina, and I said that the general vision seemed less and he said the clarification of that should show in the next visit with neuro-Opthamology. He and the team are great!

The care provider is great. The problem was with the 1.5 hr wait. Also, I was included in a research study that required 20.min of extra testing, and i don't think the explanation and recruitment was clear enough as to how it relates to my ongoing treatment.

Dr. Wu is great. Typically a Fellow sees me before I see Dr. Wu and the Fellow also does an excellent job. The imaging technicians are always do their jobs well. Overall, a very well run practice.

Dr. Wu was wonderful. He listened to all my concerns. He explained what had to be done, the manner in which it was going to be done, and the proper way to deal with it when we deal with it.

4hour wait is too long. I expect a 2 hour wait which is reasonable! Construction is overwhelming. Getting through the congested hallways. Waiting in a room too long with door closed. I am extremely happy with Dr. David Wu. That's why I go a good distance to see him.

The only thing I would say is they gave me a lot of information about my surgery and only part of it was written down, the other half wasn't, and it would have been helpful to have a little bit more information written down because there's so much all at once, but it was hard to remember everything.
