It was pleasure meeting Dr. Kuter & his staff. I was a bit nervous about my first visit but everyone was so kind and friendly that they put me at ease.

I have appreciated being under the care of Dr. Kuter for at least five years. He is professional, so knowledgeable, kind and generous with his time.

Dr. Kuter is a brilliant physician who is kind and caring. He listens to his patients and is so knowledgeable. He is able to explain complicated things so clearly. He is thorough in his evaluation and care. I am happy he is my doctor and would highly recommend him.

It is my belief that Dr Kuter is phenomenal to his profession. He is very patient extremely knowledgeable on all areas of my health we go through all the tests. He lets me know what to worry about and what not to worry about. I just love this man. This is why I would wait for a month of Sundays to sit down with him and talk with him as opposed to a practitioner. I am very comfortable with and I know whatever questions I give I always get an answer. I understand he brings a true meaning of professionalism to his profession.

Dr. Kuter is very thorough, very thoughtful. I never feel rushed and I always feel heard. We don't always agree, but I like our conversations on my care. That's it. I greatly appreciate him. Fantastic doctor.

Dr. Kuter is one of the few providers that spends most of the visit talking with you and not on the computer. He is always forthcoming about my situation and my care. The blood technicians are always nice. Considering how much blood I get taken out with these visits I don't mind at all spending time with phlebotomist. As busy as this practice is somehow they keep the flow going so well you never feel like you're in a crowded waiting room. I have the utmost respect for Dr. Kuter. He is world renowned, and has worked extensively on research for my blood disorder. We discussed some upcoming new treatments that are very promising. I left the visit feeling very excited about this. I couldn't have a better hematologist.

First, the receptionist was amazing. She was sweet, compassionate and engaging. I could tell she was the way she was to help make patience feel better and less nervous. I was so impressed with her and how important she is to the entire patient / medical experience. Second the nurse and fellow were great. I felt at ease and cared for. Dr. Kuter was awesome. Again you could feel his compassion and kindness. I felt cared for and he seemed very knowledgeable and explained things clearly. I am so grateful that MGH makes the entire experience as comfortable as possible. I feel so safe and cared for when I see all the staff.

The Fellow and Dr Kuter were amazing! They both had read my chart history before I arrived. Both asked many questions regarding my 30 plus years with Gaucher Disease. Both listened to all my questions and gave thoughtful easy to understand answers. I did not feel rushed at all. Everyrhing was explained to me in detail!

I very much like Dr Kuter. He is so knowledgeable about what blood tests can tell us. He was extremely through telling me what every blood test he ordered showed. He also made sure I was up to date on all my vaccines. He reassured me his office would be in touch with me to set up my next appointment.

I've never had a doctor I've trusted more with my life. From my first encounter with Dr. Kuter during an MGH stay, he was extremely thorough in his approach, leaving no stone unturned in getting to the bottom of my case-which he successfully did. At every follow-up since, he unfailingly recalls the most obsure details from previous test results, and is further familiar with all relevant notes in my chart by anyone I'd seen in the interim. He clearly and amiably explains the data and rationale behind his recommended treatment, even mentioning specific research related to my technical questions, and I know of no provider who's more intelligent or knowledgeable. This kind human clearly loves and knows his field inside out, and I can now focus on my gratitude at being healed instead of on the poor outcome I might have faced if a lesser one had managed my case. From what I've read in the literature, I feel quite confident that Dr. Kuter's passionate, expert care has saved, and continues to safeguard, my life, and I cannot recommend him enough.
