I found Dr. Hao to be very straightforward and sympathetic and have no complaints about that. At the end of the visit, he did tell me that he was going to write a referral for physical therapy. I came away thinking that they were going to call me and my memory is that somebody would call me from the physical therapy department, which was not true. [redacted]

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. David Hao. I was treated with respect and dignity the entire time doing my procedure. The nurses treated me with respect and dignity, and I felt like I was heard during the appointment and the experience. Overall, it was the best plexus block that I've received. I've had different experiences from different providers, and Dr. David Hao has been absolutely the best yet. He was kind, he was compassionate, and very thorough. I look forward to continuing to work with him.

My pain doctor at Tufts Medical Center gave me a referral for long term pain I've been dealing with for years. I don't feel that he did anything but prescribe me a new medication. I guess I'll go back to my care team at Tufts Medical Center.

Dr Hao was a very good listener, understood my concerns and even fit me into his very busy schedule to give me a spinal injection that day rather than having me travel again to Boston from Martha's Vineyard. I have had good pain relief and highly recommend this caring and highly competent doctor.

Dr. Hao is excellent. He is very pleasant, relaxed and professional. He immediately puts you at ease and often stops to make sure you don't have questions or are feeling uncomfortable. I see him virtually for follow up care and in-person for epidural spinal steroid injections and in both circumstances, he is wonderful. I often give his name to friends and family who need a consult. The world needs more doctors like him.

I felt that Dr. Hao actually cared about my situation because I've had some bad experiences trying to get my situation rectified. So I'm hoping that he comes to a conclusion. He did do some shots and it did not work, but he's going to do a follow-up phone call and then we're going to figure out where to go from that. So I did appreciate him a lot.

I felt the Drs were well-versed in my history and really wanted to help. Their calendar is very full. I will be waiting several weeks before the procedure.
