Great visit. Dr. Shaye and staff were very helpful.

Dr. Shaye was very knowledgable and caring. For what is a very overwhelming situation for me, Dr. Shaye put me at ease and offered encouraging solutions. I instantly felt I was in great hand with Dr. Shaye and his staff.

This visit was just for pre-surgery. I have not been treated by this provider, yet. However, I was pleasantly surprised to find a provider that took the time to explain in detail what the surgery will entail as well as answering all my questions.

Every time I have gone to Dr Shaye's office, I have been treated with kindness, compassion, and courtesy like I have never seen before in my life and I mean that ! I have dentures after my surgery to reconstruct my nose. I could not wear them for a while, and I'm very conscientious about how I look I was not made to feel uncomfortable at all by anybody.??

Dr. Shaye is the kind of doctor every one of us wishes to have if we ever face a health issue. He is incredibly professional, and I trust his judgment completely. But most importantly, he treats you like a human being and lets you see him as a human first, and a doctor second. He truly cares.

I am very pleased with all interactions with Dr. Shaye and the employees in his office. They did a great job managing my expectations and I felt very well informed throughout my surgery and recovery process. They are excellent!

Dr. Shaye was very thoughtful and knowledgeable about his experience in dealing with my particular issue. However, he didn't really address the pain and how I deal with the pain and why I'm having so much pain and tightness, which is kind of outside of the normal recovery for this issue that I have. So that part is still ongoing and concerning to me.

It has been truly a pleasure working with Dr. Shaye's office. Dr. Shaye himself and his entire team, they have been just incredible, talked me through everything, made me understand what's going to happen, so accommodating. I just can't say enough. Thank you very much.

Dr. Shaye is fantastic at his job! He's given me a new nose after the car accident I had had in 1968. I'll be eternally grateful for his talents! He's knowledgeable, kind, and always concerned about my well-being. I've told everyone I know about him in case they have accidents that leave them with facial issues.

I was treated like I was a member of the royal family. Two doctors saw me, and we completed my visit before it was even scheduled to start, as they took me in early. Being seen in a laser center, I would have expected that laser treatment would be recommended. I was surprised when they went down a different path. The explanation for the new path was complete and thorough; I understood it before I left.
