I got an appointment from [redacted], the doctor spoke to me as soon as he was able, he seemed to be very familiar with my situation and he suggested course of action that would work up best for me. All In all, considering the reason I was there which is not great, it was an extremely positive experience with him.

Yes, my provider was absolutely more than I could have asked for. Dr. D'Alessandro came highly regarded and recommended to me, and I actually switched insurance providers to be able to go and see him. I was with Tufts originally, and I'm with the state, so I switched to Ballpoint so I could go to Mass General. So I couldn't have asked for a better experience.
