It just felt like a commercial for a group. He was mostly pushing the group or reading my chart. He provided information about a group but no tools or help with pain management

[redacted] Dr. Mehta spent a great deal of time looking at another monitor with my chart, which became rude. I was referred because of my diagnosis of FND with Mixed Symptoms. It would have been helpful to explore further the Successful Aging program therapies.

He was fine. Nice enough, and, to be fair, if an in-person exam is his chief recommendation then it is. But I would've preferred a "meeting the patient where they are" approach. I didn't feel a spirit of innovation. [redacted]
