Everyone was very professional, first the secretaries, then the nurse was very professional, and Dr. Saly was very attentive and took great care of my health.

The only problem was getting an appt with this provider but this is a problem throughout the entire mgh system ( other than the hand service). But the wait for Dr Saly was well worth the wait. She is an extremely good listener, very warm and caring. She explained my condition and what my plan of care will be. I trust her even though it was my first appt. I've been a nurse for 45 yrs, and I have an excellent 6th sense re: physicians and Dr Saly has that special "sauce" that makes her a phenomenal physician, and I am so lucky I am in her care and look forward to working with her.
