Well, in general, I'm surprised at how seldom practitioners these days actually lay on hands to check about your physical well-being. They tend to go on the results of chemical tests. The other thing about Dr. Gaposchkin is that I'm sorry he's leaving Mass General Brigham. I understand that's going to happen sometimes in May. That's unfortunate.

He makes sure that he gets me to see the right specialist if I needed. And the follow-up, I'm great with him. Sometimes better than the specialist. But I'll do both, but I just want to say he's the best.

Dr. Gaposchkin is a very good doctor. I like him very much. Only thing that was a little odd about this visit was I told him I thought that I didn't need a referral for mental health counseling or psychological counseling or whatever, and yet someone followed up and seemed to be wanting to offer me a program of mental health counseling. So I think it was just a simple misunderstanding. Again, I think Dr. Gaposchkin is excellent and I would like to keep him as my doctor. Thank you.

I think Dr. Gaposchkin is one of the best doctors you have at Mass General Hospital, and he's very efficient in his job. In short, I love this practice. First and foremost, Dr. Gaposchkin is the kindest, most professional and caring primary care doctor I've ever had. He is informed about my needs and provides helpful advice and, when indicated, appropriate prescriptions or treatment. Also, the nursing, tech and admin staff are all in my experience, equally caring and professional.

The doctor was very concerned for my well being and called me the next two days to see how I was doing.

While this provider was not my usual provider, he treated me with a lot of respect and professionalism, was very responsive, and I really appreciated that from a covering physician.

Provider is excellent however I can no longer book my next year's physical at the time of visit. This has led to physicals extending to 18 months over recent years.

Dr. Gaposchkin was everything I expected and remembered him to be. He was my Internist several years back, however, due to a change in employer/medical insurance I needed to switch to an Internist at Atrius Healthcare. At that time Dr. Gaposchkin graciously promised to take me back as a patient whenever my insurance situation should change to allow that. Last year that change occurred, and I immediately contacted his practice. True to his word, he quickly scheduled me for an appointment. He is a superb physician.
