And so it was my first appointment, so at this point, you know, I don't have much more information other than I think that he kind of gave me a good feeling that he knows what he's doing. That's it.

Before I was seen by Dr. Vu I was also seen by another provider, Dr. Ye, if I recall correctly. It wasn't explained in advance that I would be examined by someone else other than Dr. Vu whom I had the appointment with. When Dr. Ye performed the angles exam, some excessive force may have been applied because I felt significant discomfort in my eyes (especially the right eye) which lasted for about 12 hours after the exam. I have been a patient of Dr. Vu for a number of years, and have been very satisfied with his care. Wanted to emphasize that I never experienced any lingering post exam discomfort in the past when the exam was performed by Dr. Vu in person.

It would have been helpful to know ahead of time that there was a field vision test, and scans that were needed before I was ready to see the doctor. In addition, another physician came in prior to Dr. Vu. [redacted] who works with the Dr. was wonderful in helping me schedule. She had a cancellation and was able to get me in very quickly.
