My appointment with Dr Liauw was one of the best experiences I've had at the Chelse Medical Center. Dr. Liauw was professional, amiable, and attentive. Since he was using a voice record device, he was more engaged with me than with the computer. He listened to, and gave thouht to, my concerns. He clearly explained what he thought might be the issue and what the next steps would be. He did not rush me and encouraged me to ask questions. I was very grateful to be heard and taken seriously.

My nurse that took care of me and wheeled me from the ICU to Phillips 21. I can not remember her name but she made my stay there very pleasant. She treated me with respect and genuine care that I haven't seen in a long time. She should get a raise and I would go and speak on my experience if asked because she made my stay so much easier even though I was in bad shape she really went out of her way to make sure I was as comfortable as possible. Please thank her for me.
