Dr. Lee is absolutely phenomenal. He was attentive and thoughtful and realistic. Great bedside manner and very thoughtful and thorough.

Years ago, my son was operated on by Dr. Lee. After multiple tries by other very expert surgeons, Dr. Lee was the one who was able to restore my son's hearing. As far as I'm concerned, Dr. Lee is the best. And although I had gotten bad news from other doctors, I didn't know that that was absolutely the case until Dr. Lee confirmed it, which unfortunately he did. He's still the best and I would recommend him to anyone.

Dr Lee was a wonderful warm communicator who clearly explained my ear problem.

Dr Lee was very informative. You could tell he was knowledgeable and cared about what had happened to my ear. It made me feel very comfortable and happy to being seeing him and having him listen to my concerns and come up with a plan to fix my issue.

Dr Lee is very caring. He went over pictures with me that were taken just an hour before. He didn't have the report yet from the MRI I think he's a great doctor.

It is worth it but I waited an hour and a half for my appointment. Given the high quality of the surgeon I understand why this happens. I know this happens everytime I go to Dr. Lee for an appointment so I bring work. But maybe people should examine the scheduling patterns and make some adjustments. My personal billing rate is 200.00 per hour so technically Mass Eye and Ear owes me 300.00. Really, start tracking how late the appointments are and adjust the windows.

Yes, Dr. Daniel Lee is an amazing doctor. He's very caring and he's a very good professional. He's so highly recommended by me.

This was my first time meeting Doctor Lee. He asked me questions about my ear and wanted to know what was wrong. I explained the situation and I told him what my concerns were regarding my ear. He examined my ears and said that they looked pretty good. He then told me what the problem was and he came up with solution on how to fix the problem.
