Dr.Soto listened, explained.I left informed thoroughly and never felt rushed or uncomfortable asking questions, even when he was explaining my treatment options I could discuss with a physician in another specialty.

Dr Soto is a very kind and caring person. He takes time to talk with me and is never in a rush. Having cancer is tough but it's doctors like Dr Soto and his staff that makes it more tolerable.

Dr. Soto was easy to talk to. He explained my options very well. He walked with me to his appointment person. I told him last doctor did not do this, thus causing confusion.

Dr. Soto and his entire staff and all the nurses, very highly professional, very good listeners, explain things in a clear and coherent way and truly care about me and my issues. And I wouldn't, I am extremely, extremely fortunate to have Dr. Soto and his entire staff staff in my corner helping me with my medical issues.

Dr. Soto was thorough and professional, spent one hour with me explaining the course of treatment. I felt he was candid and concerned with my well-being.

Yes, Dr. Soto, he was, in the nurses, extremely, extremely helpful in providing help for my cancer, which is gone now. They did a great job. Radiation people did a great job. And, you know, the people that gave me shots, the Lupon injections, they gave me shots. So good luck.

Dr Soto is amazing ! He explained me Everything and what I need to go through and what to expect .

  • Reviewed on 6/18/2025

I always find Dr. Soto attentive and engaged in all aspects of my care. He asks questions that are not necessarily related to his position as a radiation oncologist and has on a few occasions made suggestions about follow-up care with other practitioners. He has also helped to facilitate the scheduling of required follow-ups and tests.

  • Reviewed on 6/11/2025

Dr. Soto is knowledgeable, thorough, patient and kind. I sent an email to him with a few follow up questions and he actually called me shortly thereafter - I was completely reassured. It has been a little challenging setting up appts for CAT scan and start of treatment but his office staff is also very helpful.

Hi, I want to just talk about Dr. Soto is always wonderful. He listens, he's patient, he takes the time for me to understand, he draws diagrams, he points to the computer. I just want to say how wonderful he is and how he has made my experience at MGH definitely a lot easier. And also receptionists and the nurses are always kind and smiling and very happy with MGH.
