The provider and his assistants were very knowledgeable that made me feel very comfortable about the procedure. I am very happy that I came to Dr. Choi for a second opinion.

Patience to questions when not understanding what the process was.

I was told by numerous times from the office that I was to be at the hospital in Waltham at 4:45. I questioned why I had to be there that early and they said that it was because anesthesia wanted me there that early. Well, the building isn't open until 5:30. So I was not happy about that, being there that early, unnecessarily. I thought the nurses in Waltham were terrific. I thought the anesthesiologist was terrific. I didn't really get a chance to talk to Dr. Choi for very longer than a minute or two at that.

And also to a staff at the residency, they were exceptional also. So thank you very much for all the help and care.

Dr. Choi was the third person specialist I've seen regarding my specific condition, and he is definitely the best of the three as far as listening, as far as communication, and he seemed extremely competent, and I'm going to be fine. So I had a great experience with the doctor. He's a great guy.

The attending and the resident specifically that worked with Dr. Choi were absolutely excellent. The resident came in to see us perhaps at 3 o'clock in the morning and he was so happy and really lovely with my son as well as me after a really difficult experience and I can't say enough good things about their mannerisms and how reassuring they really were. Thank you so much.

Dr. Choi [redacted] was the GOAT. Dude explained everything so well. And I didn't have any questions after. He explained everything about the procedure, what needs to be done, how I'll go back when it's time. Once my teeth stop moving, my orthogontist says it's good to go. I'll go back in there, take scans and x-rays or whatever, get the plates all done up. Explain to me insurance and stuff. We're good to go. Yeah. He's the best.
