Not provider specific, but MEEIcould have better info available for patients who live along and can't easily get a medical escort. He MassGen social worker was very helpful in the morning with a med escort provider. Plus local lodging info.

Dr. Gong is always very patient, thorough, up to date on treatment, understanding with my concerns, never hurried me, ready to talk with me even on the phone as I make difficult decisions on future care this challenging that have many side effects. I am blessed to have him as my Dr.

It is great to see this high level of providers without having to go into Boston. It's difficult to make appointments for first time patients but better than heading to Boston for non surgical appointments.

I am always impressed with the office in Plainville even though I see it each time I visit. Dr is incredible, always explains steps in advance, points out the exam including images with what he is seeing so I can see it clearly. When I have a question, I receive a complete understandable answer. He always goes above and beyond. He also helps with any other questions including info related to the portal relating my question to his office staff who follow up 100%.
