Dr Cataldo and the entire staff at the facility are always friendly, kind, and respectful. Unlike most medical offices today, they run on time. This is extremely important to me and I now avoid any provider who has a reputation for long wait time.

There must be a better way to interact with a patient, with eye contact, that does not spend the large majority of visit time looking at the screen. Maybe move screens so that Care takers look at the patient and the screen at the same time.

Yes, Dr. Cataldo is an excellent doctor. She's very clear and she follows up. But more importantly, she is kind of like a member of the family. She takes care of my whole family. So it's a special relationship. She took care of my dad and he's gone, but he loves her and she came to his funeral and I just think she's just a really special person. Thank you.
