The woman at the front desk was so nice. I got lost and was late and she was very understanding and helpful. Both practitioners I saw were very nice, thorough, understanding and listened. I had a great experience here and felt like I was heard.

This was a very short open-ended visit which requires follow-up with others in the field but I am glad I got to start with Dr. Carpio.

Listened. Efficient. Answered all questions. I told her I was having a funny cough in throat and could they have irritated my throat when they stuck a tube down for the surgery. She immediately got a bit defensive and corrected me saying the anesthesiologist could have, not her. She then asked no more questions and referred me to an ENT specialist. I understand she has a specialty, but I would not go to an ENT without going to my Primary Care provider to discuss this first. Anyway, the problem is subsiding.

Dr. Carpio is a very good provider. She was very excellent with my care and surgery. I would suggest that to someone I knew that she would be a very good person to work with. She's very knowledgeable and also has a great personality.
