She helped me a lot. She helped explain what was going on with me. She helped explain what the procedure would be and how I would feel. She explained what post-op would be like. And all around, she just did a great job and I'm very appreciative of her.

Dr. Carpio carefully listened to my concerns to have an atypical mole removed. When she examined it on my back, she noticed another one. She took the time to thoroughly check if there were any operating rooms open for me to get the moles removed as soon as possible. [redacted] I truly appreciated her care and commitment to finding a quick resolution for me. [redacted]

The woman at the front desk was so nice. I got lost and was late and she was very understanding and helpful. Both practitioners I saw were very nice, thorough, understanding and listened. I had a great experience here and felt like I was heard.
