Dr. Shea is one a few providers I've seen that I believe really listens and cares and wants to find solutions. Since my stroke I've spent a lot of time navigating the medical system and Dr. Shea not only has new ideas to try but makes setting those appointments up as easy as possible. One of my favorite and most useful providers

Dr. Shea is extremely professional and kind. She listened carefully to everything I had to say. She made me feel seen and heard. She was very thorough in her exam and her explanations of her plan of care and further diagnostics needed. She followed up quickly with my after visit message in the portal. She did not rush the visit and I was made to feel very comfortable throughout the visit.

Cristina was excellent. She set expectations from the get go as the procedure is an uncomfortable one - EMG. She was thorough and would check in with me after each test making sure I could tolerate it.

Dr. Shea was very helpful with answering all my questions in a thorough and respectful manner. She also explained each step before doing it, which enabled me to feel comfortable rather than anxious.

Dr. Shea was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful with the care. She explained everything and tried to get us the best treatment possible. And even when it was not possible, she tried to work around things to get us the care we need. We are very, very impressed and grateful for her treatment.

Doctor Shea did a great job and timely injection procedure without missing mymbta ride & the future plans for a different injection per My discussion with her sounds a good plan from this provider not offered in the past I hope she stays longer than My previous physicians !

Dr. Shea was very informative in her explanation of treatment

This was an initial assessment. We had never met before this appointment. I found Dr. Shea to be invested in the interactions, thorough in gathering information, and curious as to potential causes for my unexplained problems with my decreasing energy, strength , stamina last couple of years. She ordered MRI to explore potential causes causes leading to a plan of action to address these issues.

Dr. Shea is an amazing Doctor. She is thorough, asks the insightful questions, and is truly cares about her patients. She won't end the session if she isn't satisified with the results.

The provider experience was really good. I had all my questions answered and it was really helpful to have the fellow there because they worked off of each other and respectfully asked me a lot of more questions, I think, than just the provider alone would have done. So I thought that was good around pain management. That's all.
