I cannot thank Mass General and Dr Blackstone enough. After years of being sent to multiple doctors without answers and knowing what to do. Dr Blackstone has given me hope and confirmed my diagnosis. Having someone that understands your disease has been a god send. Truly an expert in HSP.

Dr. Blackstone is an amazing doctor as well as an amazing person. Thank you so much, Dr. B for the work you do for Parkinson's research, the work you do for other patients around the world, and especially the work you do for me, and by extension, the work you do for my wife. You are always very respectful of my wife who talks a lot on my behalf during our visits; I do appreciate that! Thank you for the care and treatment you have given me. I always feel a lot better after our visits.

I feel at ease with Dr. Blackstone, he does not talk above my head! I often ask him about new treatments and scientific news about my condition, he is always eager to explain it and let me know about the latest. He is interested in my life style and how that contributes to my overall health. Also, sometimes we talk about my job and how I am handling the my job as I have movement disorder. I really like him and have great respect for him.
