Dr Jones was fully prepared for our meeting having full knowledge of my past test results, expected upcoming testing, and recommendations for available treatment options. I am thoroughly satisfied and confident in my treatment with Dr Jones.

I've only had positive experiences with Dr. Jones. I went to have ear wax removed but he was also willing to look at an issue I had in my mouth. He was able to diagnose it and save me needing to make an appointment with an oral surgeon.

He immediately diagnosed the issue and took the necessary steps to remediate during the visit.

Dr. Craig Jones is the best in his field. He's absolutely the best. He knows about your history, your medications, and he knows how to solve your problem quite easily, without any fanfare. He knows how to do it, and especially with the vertigo patients for my wife and I, he is exceptional.

The doctors and the nurses were great. Doctor listen well to my needs and sympathetic to the extra time he had to take to figure out what I needed to make my life better. Ordered what I needed and they called me back promptly to make appointments.

Dr. Jones was great, very kind and caring. Will continue to see him and definitely refer all my friends and family to him.

Yes, I thought Dr. Jones was very professional and kind and he asked the proper questions and he was able to take earwax out of my ear without being painful and I was very impressed with him. I'm a registered nurse. I've been a nurse for 63 years so I've been around the medical field a lot and like I said, I think he's a very fine doctor and I certainly would recommend him to anybody.

Dr. Jones is a superlative clinician. Did excellent exam, listened thoughtfully to all I had to say, reviewed my chart, efficiently communicated vast amounts of useful information to guide my care, and displayed top notch up-to-knowledge in his specialty fields. His chart note was comprehensive. I've already recommended him to other people.

When I arrived to his office, I was brought in almost immediately to the room and I was there for a routine ear cleaning, but I had had a nosebleed throughout the day and he addressed that in addition to my scheduled routine visit with no hesitation at all, with very positive results. That was much appreciated.

I felt made to believe that the tinnitus was all in my head. I have a history of cancer and history of unexplained head pain and was concerned that never came up. I also thought he would clean my ears which that never came up either. I was not impressed.

Dr. Jones listened to my concerns and offered solutions, made a referral for a hearing test with an Audiologist and informed me of types of hearing aids with pros & cons. He was very helpful, never made me feel rushed.

I was trying to explain to the provider the background of my issues and why I had scheduled this visit. As soon as I began to explain my history, he interrupted and said I needed a hearing aid which was contrary to what my previous ENT (now retired) and a specialist at [redacted] had told me. He was very curt and I felt dismissed.

Dr. Jones did take time with me. He did listen any concerns I had. I really didn't have any but was wondering time of last hearing test for a base line. Looked up on Computer my last hearing test in Boston. I was glad to know it was still there.

Dr seemed very confident. He explained his findings and recommended a course of action. All good.

I had an appointment to follow up on a thyroid issue. After talking and setting up an ultrasound appointment. I mentioned that I had been expectorating phlegm for a couple of months. The doctor listened and recommended taking an antacid. I started taking it that night and the situation was much better. He mentioned a study. That showed me that he was on top of his game.

Efficient and reviewed history of care

A compassionate and thorough exam even though his practice seems extremenly busy. I waited 45 minutes to see the physician but it was well worth it and he did not rush though the exam because he was running behind schedule. I really appreciated that and understand that there needs to be more physcians to take the burdon off the heathcare system. It takes months to get an appointment which is frustrating.

Hi, I had an appointment with Dr. Jones and was nothing but pleased with him in every way. This was my first visit with him, and I've heard good things about him. [redacted]. And he couldn't have been any nicer, very, very thorough. He cleared, cleaned my ears without me even mentioning my ears. I was in for a thyroid, um, check, but, um, very, very friendly, very personable, not intimidating at all. Um, you know, and made you feel very at ease and that questions were welcome if I had them and I did have some, so have nothing good, but good things to say about him.

I had to wait one hour in the exam room before seeing Dr Jones. Dr Jones apologized and explained the situation (they're short on staff). It would have been nice for someone to come in after, say, 20-30 minutes and say sorry we're running behind.

He was knowledgeable about my condition and corrected a couple misconception about it and its treatment. He also made some good suggestions about a particular medication that he explained to me as not necessarily treating my condition.

Everyone was very professional and very pleasant.

Dr Jones was prepared with regard to my problem which turned out to be fairly complicated internally and gave me immediate clear advice. I should have been scheduled much earlier to prevent the mass.

The wait was a little long. Prior to the visit I was trying to get an estimate for the procedure to see how much or if it would cost anything and I couldn't get help with that. So has to jump through hoops to find that info out

I think he is good but he doesn't have an audiologist and it definitely doesn't help.

I'm so happy to find a Mass Eye and Ear provider near me. I had multiple concerns and each of them was addressed. I was referred by the provider for a CT scan and was called in a timely manner to schedule the test.

I really like this practice. The staff interactions are professional and pleasant, from check-in to check-out. Dr. Jones is knowledgeable about sleep research and treatments and carefully listens to any information I present to him.

Very thorough-although he did not have a solution for my problem I was referred for further evaluation and treatment by other providers. Explained everything in detail and explained next steps to take.
