Dr. Ondeck has been dealing with me for 5 years and has always been a great doctor to me, and an even better person, even the times when I probably didn't deserve it. For me, it has always been hard to trust people, but from day one, she earned it and i have not regretted it since. She has always put all my health risks and concerns first since I've known her. Hopefully Mass E&E understands how lucky they are to have an incredible human being and doctor working with them everyday, the way her patients do. Word of advice, NEVER lose her.

The Dr was absolutely fantastic. She was compassionate.

No issues.

No information came to me unless I asked. I provided some historical test data and she replied "this is helpful" but never described how it was helpful. She referred to my eye meds by the color of the caps, as if the drug names were too complex for me. My questions seemed like an imposition to her.

Dr Ondeck is very competent and capable at managing my glaucoma. This is the best ophthalmology care I have ever received. I recommend Mass Eye and Ear to many people. I consider myself very fortunate to live a reasonable distance from Foxboro so that I can be a patient of Mass Eye and Ear.

The medical technician who assisted me was very good at educating me about aspects of my care. She answered my questions and took the opportunity to elaborate on best practices.

I have been examined by Dr. Ondeck three times this year and my cumulative experience is nothing but extremely good in every respect.
