DR Kelly treats all aspects of the patient (not just gastro) and sees you as a person - not just a complicated colon. She is up to date in her field and helpful with referrals to other doctors for various other problems. She is the only doctor that I am truly comfortable with - I can tell her anything and she does not flinch. You are lucky to have her (and so am I. !)

Dr. Kelly was on time. She was open. She greeted me with such kindness and energy. And we discussed my issues with IVS and she offered some more thoughts to questions I had. And I felt that she really, really is interested in helping me and taking care of me. And that is something you can't teach a doctor. So I have to wholeheartedly, with all my heart and soul, say Dr. Kelly is my favorite specialist that I see. And also, I have, I don't know, it's not ?

Hi, I requested a referral to a gynecologist to follow up pelvic pain and try to diagnose the reason. And I was told I would be referred to a woman gynecologist in the Brown or Mass General system. And I have not received that referral. I have not gotten a phone call or a message. I also requested this of my primary, and I did not get a referral from them. And so I asked Dr. Kelly, and she said she would refer me to a woman gynecologist that she would highly recommend, and I have not gotten that referral. I would very much like it. So I hope she gets this feedback.

This was my first visit. Due to the snow storm the providers office, at my request, quickly changed my in person visit to a virtual. The Doctor was excellent.

This was my first visit with Dr Kelly and she did accomplish a lot; including a program for constipation, testing to be scheduled and a dietician referral. My son was pleased with our first meeting.

[redacted] I was interrupted throughout my appointment. The provider consistently made incorrect statements regarding my medical history and interrupted me when I attempted to correct those mistakes. Every one of my concerns was dissmissed.

Dr. Kelly know the infusion center is quite a distance from my home. She told me she would put in a request for an at home injectable pen. That request was put in immediately!

The doctor was exceptional. She listened and addressed all my concerns.

This was an in person appt due to new symptoms and worsening of existing symptoms but I was not examined. When describing the frequency and severity of pain I was experiencing my provider's only response was that 'people have different tolerance for pain'. This not only unhelpful, it seemed to disregard my symptoms and the impact to my health and daily life.

Dr. Kelly is very impressive. She remembered me and our discussions from my last visit. She spent time discussing my GI track and making certain everything was satisfactory. She reviewed my history, meds, and most importantly asked me if there was anything further she could help with prior to ending the visit. She's amazing.

Dr. Kelly is so intelligent and a great communicator. She is also very experienced and knowledgeable, putting the patient at ease and helping them to feel welcome and valued. She has a beautiful and friendly smile and is not overly serious, unlike some doctors. Her personalized suggestions for health care were inspiring. Dr. Kelly does a fabulous job working with my other specialists through Brigham and Women's hospital and also looks over my other hospital visits and primary care notes.
