Dr Chae has been my cardiologist. November will be 26. My personal feeling is there is no doctor in the world that can compare with her. She is 100% caring each and every time I had a test over the years when she got the results she called me that next evening that she got the results. Dr Chae give you all the time that's necessary. He explains everything to you in Laymans terms that when you walk out you're very comfortable and knowing what's going on and once again, every DOCTOR in the world should be Dr Chae.

Yeah, I would like to comment that my experience with Dr. Chae continues to be one of the best experiences I've ever had with any doctor that I've ever had before. She is incredibly smart, but also so relatable and kind and patient. She explains things so well. She'll point things out on a graph or a chart. She'll even draw things out sometimes to give you a better understanding. I am grateful for her and I wish all doctors could be at her level.

It is very difficult to understand what the intake people are saying since in addition to the plastic shield many are wearing masks. When the techs come out to call people's names, if you don't have a buzzer, they stand in the corner of the room instead of moving more to the center to call names. Are the buzzers cleaned between people? I always find the office to be chaotic; some people are more professional but some are not.
