The doctor was very knowledgeable, very caring, and she listened. Even though I was a new patient, she listened and I felt very relieved after talking to her.

The nurse questions were not truly applicable since I never interacted with the nurse in the room when the DR was there. However, I believe a nurse & an observer in training led me into the room. I was asked a question and as I was responding I was cut off twice. When they left the room they were talking right outside the door and I heard the older nurse tell the other they want to tell me their life story and I just don't have time for it. I get they are busy, but the office was quiet the day I was there and honestly, did the discussion need to take place where I could hear every word. It doesn't make a patient feel good hearing someone saying things like I overheard. The DR was very good and did not now this occurred.

It was very thoughtful that the doctor entered the room and said if you are not comfortable seeing me, I will get you another doctor. She is a resident in the building I work

It would be helpful if Dr. A would slow down a little when she speaks - when given new information, I need to assimilate it. It does help that the notes were detailed, however.

I was seen almost immediately. The doctor was very pleasant, listened to me, and discussed options.

She had many good ideas and some of them I have to really think about before I actually apply any of them, but they're good ideas and it's just me getting used to the whole idea. No, I'd be very happy to give any recommendations and she's excellent. I'm very happy.

Dr Claire Alexanian was terrific! She examined the mass on my ear and performed a shave biopsy. With a small amount of lidocaine it was completely painless. [redacted] I couldn't be happier with my care!
