I really like my pcp and the location and services provided. Appointments are too difficult to schedule in a reasonable time.

Overall happy with this provider.

Dr. T goes above and beyond for his patients. He listens to my concerns and complainants. Takes them seriously and addresses each on individually. If I have a problem with anything he is always there to help. I have a complex medical case and he is not afraid or bothered by it like other providers. He's one of the best!

Overall, I feel that primary care physicians are rushed and don't spend enough time with the patient. But on my most recent appointment Dr. Trancynger spent an adequate amount of time with me, he answered all my questions and concerns.

This care provider understood the urgency behind the need of my visit to be moved out from my primary, I mean from a checkup in [redacted]. And I've been in different, I've been in treatment program for addiction and had some follow-up tests based on some physical symptoms I was having and he took the time to talk to me about my experience and while he wasn't overly knowledgeable, he was very curious, which I really appreciated him asking a lot of questions and figuring out what was going on with me and he ordered all of the tests and I'm really happy with the experience.

Dr. Trancynger has been my PCP for a couple of years now [redacted] I feel like every time that I see Dr. Trancynger, it seems like he's rushing through the consult, covers, he does the bare minimum. I would say it's very cold and rushed so I am never thrilled with his care per se. I think it's average at best and it's been like that for years. Thank you and I'm sorry for the harsh comments.
