Dr Coley has been my PCP since 1987. He is the finest Doctor at MGH. His care encompassing all aspects of my health. He has reviewed my records prior to my visit and does a complete review of my history and my current health. Then he takes blood for evaluation of tests. Then within a day he gives me a comprehensive recap of my visit. Christopher Coley MD is an outstanding physician who is a great example of what a PCP should be! Excellent! Five ?

Hi, Dr. Christopher Coley is probably one of the very best clinical physicians I have had at MGH or any other hospital. He's also extremely conscientious, follows up with summary letters, and calls many times with the blood results, especially if they're normal, the very same evening if they are available. So he's really an outstanding physician.

Chris Coley is a wonderful, empathic, thoughtful, careful, thorough and sophisticated provider of care.

Overall, my patient care experience on [redacted] was top notch. [redacted]. With respect to my care experience with Dr. Coley, I would say that it was exceptional. Among the reasons why include the following: 1. I did not have an appointment. However, Dr. Coley squeezed me into what was undoubtedly a busy day for him. 2. He is not my PCP, yet quickly got up to speed on my previous medical records under the care of my PCP, Dr. [redacted] (who I also consider to be an exceptional doctor). 3. Even though my appointment was for severe pain in my right hand, Dr. Coley made some helpful observations and recommendations (from reading my previous records) for my continuing care under Dr. [redacted]. 4. He gave me the time to explain why I had such and urgent need to get my right hand functional again [redacted]. And he prescribed a medicine that absolutely worked. 5. The entire care visit was very efficient. Despite a number of tests, I didn't experience much waiting time, so I was able to return to my office in a matter of hours. 6. On the evening of my appointment on [redacted], he called to leave me a detailed voicemail at 7:40pm -- providing additional information to me based on test results that he had received. 7:40pm. That's above and beyond what I would have expected. 7. He left me a very detailed Message on the Patient Gateway providing additional information and detail to me. 8. Not only that, he called me the very next day -- a Saturday -- to ask me how the prednisone was working and whether I was able to buy a splint. 9. He was professional, articulate, and courteous. And based on all of his actions, he clearly demonstrated that he cared very much about getting a solution to my medical problem. Overall, I was very impressed. I feel extremely fortunate to have Dr. [redacted] is my PCP. And knowing that there are colleagues of his like Dr. Coley gives me even more confidence in my care team at Internal Medicine Associates and MGH.

Dr. Coley is an excellent doctor. He provides me with the best care. I have had some serious medical problems over the last three months. Dr, Coley has been there for me. He answers call my questions promptly when I reach out to him on patient gateway and many times he calls me back also. I have always been given excellent care from Dr. Coley and his staff.

I am very fortunate to have Dr Coley as my primary care physician. He is always on time, extremely thorough, always up to date on the latest medical developments, treats me with respect and always follows up after my visit. He is the most hard working, caring, and intelligent physician I have ever met. I always know he is thinking about what is best for me.
