This provider listened extensively, diagnosed in Laymans terms, began my appointment even earlier than it was scheduled, and made me feel cared for and confident about next steps. A plus experience, and this was my first time seeing this particular provider. So impressed!

He was good in explaining my situation, I wish there was a way to see a neurologist sooner while dealing with pain and quality of life but he explained not the case.

I was amazed how I was taken in on time and seen on time. Dr. Assistant came in first and did exam and ask about why I was there. Then related to Dr. Bono who also came in on time and took his time. I did not feel rushed and had all my questions answered.

Dr. Bono reassures me that I'm getting better or will be getting better in time, and addresses any concerns I bring to his attention with plans for the future.

Having been an RN for over 40 years within the MGB system, I can honestly say I have never met a more caring, capable and professional surgeon than Chris Bono. My entire career was in surgical specialties, ICU, PACU and pre-op so I've been around many! Many thanks to Dr Bono and all involved in my care!
