Dr. Burns removed my gallbladder and this was the follow-up appt. All went perfectly!

I had not seen this Dr. before but his manner put me at ease and he carefully explained things to me about procedures. When I asked questions he actually answered them in a manner I could understand. Would rate him at the top of my best doctors communication wise. Thank you.

I though the receptionist was not welcoming at all. She seemed like I was bothering her. She had to finish looking at her cell Phone before speaking to me. She rolled her eyes. She should NOT be in this position. Her customer service skills are awful. I loved my surgeon and his team that did the surgery. Very Caring. I trusted them completely

Dr Christopher Burns had the BEST bed side manners. Dr Burns saved my life and I am forever GRATEFUL for him. This was an emergency surgery and I was so sick and scared. I am truly Blessed for Dr. Burns and his team. Everyone was so KIND to me! My post op appt with Dr Burns he spent an hour with me and he answered all my questions!! God Bless You Dr. Burns!

Dr. Burns saved my life. I was extremely fortunate that he was the on call surgeon at SSH on [redacted]. He had to perform emergency surgery. I was in a great deal of pain but he carefully listened to me and calmly reassured me that the surgery would happen and that he was going to take care of me. There were two surgeries Dr. Burns performed. Both were successful. [redacted] He is not only a skilled and competent surgeon...I'm still here!, but he is a caring human being who listens carefully and communicates with clarity, patience, and genuine caring. I am so fortunate that he was on that [redacted] night and am very grateful for the care he has porovided for me.

Doctor Burns was very helpful in explaining my options and I really feel comfortable with the option I chose, he has a very good bed side manner.

Dr Burns was excellent and provided great care, empathy and detailed explanations to both me and my family when I was in the hospital and to me during this post op visit.
