Looking back on my visit, it was seamless. My concerns and worries were at ease as Dr. Dwyer was very patient and walked me step by step in the entire process! He was thorough and provided relaxation and breathing techniques when the camera was inserted in my nose. I've never had this type of exam done before and honestly was scared, but he really helped me relax and I felt safe as he was extremely patient and present during the entire time. Not once did I ever feel rushed. A very welcoming experience.

This provider was very, very helpful in terms of explaining things in a way that I could understand. Also, he asked this for the next appointment that happened in Foxboro. I was really happy to know that he goes there once a week in Foxboro. Lives close to there. Coming into Boston is sometimes really hard. Dr Dwyer explained what he needed to do in order to see my vocal cords. The procedure was painless and accomplished efficiently in order to provide a picture of what is wrong with my voice. He was very nice and patient with our questions. I came away feeling there is hope to possibly regain some of what I lost as a result of having [redacted] this voice injury.

The doctor and his colleague were extremely rude and dismissive during this appointment. They made it clear that they did not want me there and tried to wrap up the appointment as quickly as possible. I was not treated with care and the doctor did not want to listen to what I had to say. Dr. Dwyer was not the most pleasant provider I've seen. As an adolescent transitioning from[redacted] I felt that my provider was a bit harsh, and I was not explained or walked through things as I would be during my experience and my typical adolescent medicine visits. some of Dr. Dwyer's instruction and explanation felt a bit condescending at times. well, Dr. Dwyer was helpful in getting me referred for a sleep study and, getting me medicine prescribed to help control some of my issues, my overall experience was not the most pleasant and I left feeling very discouraged to attend my follow up that we discussed in [redacted].

Provider of substantial intelligence who obviously applies themselves to every aspect of patient care without getting too caught in the weeds. They convincingly evince experience incommensurate with their apparent youth in a way that seems much more aspirational than narcissistic-a hard line to walk. Nevertheless, I'm still very, very uncomfortable. My palatial arches yank to the left.

I thought Dr Dwyer had extremely poor bedside Manor with Me, the Dr. ask about the medications I was taking for my issue, one was a nasal spry and I mentioned that I can't always remember to take it . then he began berating me and couldn't understand why I can't remember to take this medication, maybe I have dementia, that dr. has no right to treat patients like that, It is none of his business !!!!!!!!! I refuse to see any physicians that can't treat patients with Respect.

Good answers, only complaint was I had questions about a procedure wanted to talk to him about it but he never responded

The team approach was clearly well thought out from beginning to end and I found it very effective and patient centered. Both the doctor and the SLP were extremely helpful. Far, far superior to a prior ENT experience I had a few years back at a different provider.

I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH THE DR. HE PRESCIBED A NEW MEDICINE AND HAD A FOLLOW UP PLAN. HE ALSO GAVE ME CLEAR WRITTEN INSTRUCTIONS TO FOLLOW .

He was dismissive and just not friendly. Did not seem to care what I was saying and just lumped me in a category or his choosing. My situation is complex and I felt minimized.

Both the speech therapist and the doctor were very thorough in going over my symptoms. The scope procedure was explained to me and the results gone over with me in detail. The speech therapy treatment plan was laid out for me and the need for a follow up appointment with Dr. Dwyer to repeat the scope procedure was explained and scheduled.

I had a complicated problem and the doctor and speech therapist worked together in giving and interpreting tests -and giving me information. They spent a great deal of time and I felt I received very caring and extremely competent care,

Dr. Dwyer didn't seem to think I should be in his office. He asked why I made an appointment with him. He was condescending in his approach. I explained to him that Dr. [redacted] told me to make an appointment with him. He told me she was "sending me down rabit holes." He did not seem prepared regarding my history. After I indicated that I was not please with our conversation, his attitude changed somewhat. [redacted]

Dr Dwyer was very thorough and caring on my initial visit. The virtual follow up visit to discuss test results and what to do next was upsetting to me. I had difficulty making the connection. Had no visual, so when he was going over visual test I had difficulty understanding what he was explaining. I don't think he knew me and thus the discussion for next step left me hanging, regarding what to do next. Unfortunate, because I think Dr Dwyer is a very good doctor.

This provider was dismissisive of my ongoing concern that good and food particles have been getting stuck in my throat for over two years. If I knew that I could bring food items that often get stuck in my throat for the nasal/throat scope analysis, I would have been better prepared. The food items used to assess my throat have not been of issue.

Provider was punctual and listed to what I had to say. As did the speech pathologist

He is an excellent professional and I would recommend him to anyone. I don't know if the woman present during this visit was a nurse or a specialist. I don't like to be part of Marketing.

I was very nervous when I first arrived but the TAEM was so very professional knowledgeable and caring everyone made my appointment more than I could hope for and I left at ease and with confidence for my future care.

A great working relationship between the nurses and doctors. Explaining my situation to the nurse who in turn summarizes it to the doctor is a great way to save valuable time

Dr Dwyer and his support team did an outstanding job. They explained everything and had a plan going forward.

Dr. Dwyer is wonderful. He understands everything about my problems. He needed to prescribe medication for a fungal infection. He knew based on my prescriptions that I would need 2 Ekgs to make sure there would be no complications from the medication he prescribed. He had me go to the Brigham in Boston previously to clear out my nasal passage because the equipment was better there. He is do thorough and excellent. He explains things very well. I am lucky to have him as my ent.

I was disappointed with his attitude. Although Dr Dwyer seems to be competent, I found it odd that he commented on it being only Tuesday and that he and the scribe were bored with their existing cases. I suspect the comments were made in jest but feel they were very inappropriate. [redacted]

I was a nurse clinician for over 50 years and felt that this provider had a condescending attitude to my age and appeared as if disinterested in my care!

It took a while to get an appt for a follow up visit.
