I am very comfortable with Dr. Severson. He knows my history, listens to my concerns and is honest in his responses and assessments.

It is always a pleasure to speak and discuss treatments with Dr Severson for the multitude of complicated health problems I am experiencing, either related directly or indirectly to my version of 40 years of Secondary Progressive Multiple Sclerosis and effects of senior aging.

He's kind but professional which is the perfect mix

He is knowledgeable, explains things relative to my medication well. He knew about my surgery since the records were in my file.

I saw this provider for a second opinion. He looked at my records, test restults, and imaging, did a few physical exams, and came up with a plan to further investigate my condition so we can eventually narrow it down to a diagnosis. He was very thorough, thoughtful in his interactions, and I feel confident that Dr Severson will see this issue through at least until we can come up with a treatment plan that can be facilitated closer to home.

I really appreciated how much time the doctor spent with me and the calm manner he had. He explained things in a way that was extremely reassuring. I've been going to a different hospital for MS care and while I know the other hospital's doctors also care, they just don't seem to have time to give their patients and answers are less clear there. Dr. Severson took time and explained everything clearly. It felt like a relief to have a doctor really be able to listen.

I've been seeing this doctor for over 10 years and he still doesn't know some pretty basic information about me and my history. It really makes me feel like I'm not listened to. And he also has a way of asking about my plans regarding having more children in a way that feels like it's trivializing it and not acknowledging that the decisions related to having a child are pretty personal and also different for everyone.

Dr. Severson has been my doctor for the past years. (I've been at the clinic for 24) I trust him completely (and the clinic) with my care.

He is very nice doctor. HOWEVER, he spends very little time actually Looking at the patient or making an understanding or ever giving caring comment. He spend most of the time but just typing information into the computer. I understand with MS or other issues not much he can do but sit, listen and make take a minute or two BEFORE just typing constantly. He is great at data entry but very little being a doctor to a patient. I've had MS and other health issues for a long time unfortunately with many caring physicians who likewise have to enter information but they are all physicians first making one feel cared for.

Dr Severson listened to my concerns and addressed them appropriately and talked to me about my concerns which I very much appreciated.

Dr. Severson was great. He knows my case well and is remembered every time I've come about the things we've talked about previously, which makes me feel confident in his knowledge and skill. So I really appreciate having him as a neurologist and I look forward to working with him in the future. Thank you.

The provider is certainly knowledgeable and professional, but the time I have actually seen him was very short - about 5 minutes in total, while I didn't get the feeling my questions were properly understood by him, neither they were answered.

Made me feel dismissed and didn't listen made me almost feel badly about my self and my condition and was commenting on my clothing choice and that I had tattoos and like the color black which is completely irrelevant to why I was there that's being judgmental
