I was a little caught off guard wirh a male medical assistant. But then he was very patient and kind. So it was fine. But as a female I feel I should have been made aware beforehand. My blood work was not able to be drawn that day, by either the MA or the Nurse. Now I need new orders so I can get bloodwork taken care of.

This provider is very easy to talk to and share similar life experiences to ease my anxiety
