Yes, I've been to several different doctors for this ailment and I really felt like this one, Christine, really seemed to understand and get it and I felt much more positive about the experience that I'm having surrounding this event. Dr Eng exhibited the most complete knowledge of my back and hip problems of any doctor I have ever seen. Her follow up report was outstanding. She had a very engaging personality and was blunt when needed to be. She was great.

Very good first appt. Good conversation. Dr Eng was very inquisitive about trying to understand my issue and talk about past treatments as well as suggested treatments going forward. Only issue I have had was the timeliness of responding what would appear to be pretty simple questions clarifying a couple of things from the initial appt. We are working on the third business day after the submission of my questions. They aren't urgent questions but are holding up the need to reschedule my next appt.

Dr. Eng took the time to listen to my concerns and answer all my questions. She explained my options in detail so that I could make a knowledgeable decision about my treatments. I have already recommender her to other people with a similar problem and they were very pleased also.

This was the first appointment I had with Dr. Eng. She was attentive and competent. While I was interested in dealing with the pain and weakness in my legs following a fall on black ice in Feb. 2025, Dr. Eng had more concern right now about the balance changes I expressed and has ordered PT to help with that. We talked about my osteoporosis and back pain and spine issues. She told me to contact my PCP about the swelling in my legs that I am experiencing of late. She encouraged me to continue walking and exercising (chair yoga) I have my next appt with Dr. Eng in 4 months.

No one asked me to consent to being treated, observed or examined by students and those in training and I wasn't being told that I would first see someone other than the doctor. I don't think the examination was thorough and I unfortunately felt like a case study. Once the doctor came in, she had been briefed by the two that initially saw me and did not examine me. While the doctor seemed great and attentive, answering all questions, I felt that my quality of care was compromised. I am also now worried that someone other than the doctor will conduct future procedures and hope to find a way to request that I may only be cared for by the doctor. Please let me know if this is possible. Thank you.
