Dr. Young is an outstanding PCP! She is kind, she listens, she explores options with you, she speaks WITH you not AT you. I always leave her office feeling like i was heard.

I can't express enough how grateful I am to have Dr. Young as my personal primary physician. From my very first appointment, I felt welcomed and respected. The office atmosphere is warm and comforting, with staff members that are pleasant, professional and considerate. Dr. Young takes the time to listen attentively to all my concerns and never rushes through appointments. She looks you in the eye instead of typing on the computer and gives ample time for true back and forth dialogue and a genuine old-fashioned conversation between two people about health and life. Her explanations are clear and thorough, ensuring I understand my health conditions and the options available to me. Dr. Young has holistic approach. She examined and made BRILLIANT guess of shingles outbreak in nerves inside his head due to a dental implant 4 days previous! Started him on Prednisone, AntiViral, Gabapentin Rx. He was so much better by follow up visit. Dr Young is smart ! and we'd be glad to have her as our primary someday.

My appointment started on time. I am satisfied with how much time I was able to spend with my Doctor. She ordered some lab tests, and I was able to have them done on my way out, it only took about 15 minutes. Overall it took less time than I expected and I was able to get to another appointment with plenty of time to spare. I'm very satisfied.

Dr. Young is an excellent listener and processes all information that is shared with her. As for diagnostics she seems weak sometimes when she does not clearly give more confident guidance on next steps. I don't think this is from a lack of experience, but rather a desire to not seem too aggressive or directive out of deference to the patient. In other words, I would appreciate her more firm opinion with clear options for followup.
