Dr Sakai was professional, knowledgeable and understanding. She interacted with my son on a level he could understand.

Dr. Sakai provided an incredible level of empathy and appreciation for my child as her patient. I had been aware of her work by chance, as she had been giving a presentation through the Lurie center on people who are like my child, with ADHD and who also have Autism. I was impressed at how her expertise spanned all the comprehensive fields of childcare because each child is different. As a result, [redacted] appreciated being Dr. Sakai's patient by being able to say hi, when normally they may be less engaged with strangers. Dr. Sakai admired [redacted] and covered all sorts of conceptual ground with me as a parent. She managed to address all my concerns with a thoughtful and concise summary that made me feel hopeful for the future of my child, and both their past and present. Doctors like this are truly one of a kind and uplift all of humanity, and the profession of practicing medicine. She defines excellence and so certainly would the enterprise supporting her staff as well.
