I was shocked that I was able to get an appointment as soon as I did. I was pleased with Dr Lattermann's understanding of how I was feeling and the speed in which they ordered the MRI and the follow up appointment happening 1 week after my first appointment. Not certain what will happen going forward but I am grateful to feel like I have a partner in my getting better

Yes, Dr. Lattermann provided me with excellent service, was diligent in listening to my story and media assessment, and suggested an MRI and an immediate follow-up thereafter. Other than that, everything went very, very smoothly.

Great fellow works with Dr. Lattermann. Because I am so complex, I often do not enjoy having to deal with a fellow, but Dr. Lattermann's fellow was top-tier.

He was a very nice doctor. He did a great job at explaining things in a way I could understand and even helping to reframe how I was understanding it after I repeated it back and apparently didn't quite understand it. So he did a really great job at making sure I understood what was going on with me, what I needed to do, and what my outcome would be based on how I did or didn't do. And he talked through all the options, answered all my questions. He was really patient and very nice. And I felt like he really cared about me.
