Dr. Song is a compassionate human being above everything else. He does his best for every patient, I assume, as he has done for me. I like him so much that I always bring a little treat from the bakery to show my appreciation in a special way. He just is wonderful through and through. I could not imagine ANYONE else ever touching my eyes. Although Boston is a plane ride away, I don't think I could ever trust anybody else with my eyes. I hope no emergency arises that I would have to stay here where I live rather than going to Mass Eye and Ear.

[redacted] set the table for this visit she was so professional, kind, and detailed preparing me well for my visit with Dr. song which is always a memorable and successful annual checkup. He introduced to an intern who be a study for the visit. Dr. Song revealed my blurry left eye was a result of dry eye. He gave me two choices and I chose iVIzIA and I can report I have no more blurry eye. I've also had my new prescription for lens filled. Waiting pickup. I had a perfect visit and always a pleasurably pleasurable and successful visit.

I did not see a nurse -- I was there for an eye exam and was seen by a technician who was patient, courteous and very thorough. It was a good experience. I also saw a med. student and the provider. All were attentive and thorough.

doctors and nurses were pretty good. a big problem was miscommunication regarding appointments and appointment schedules and notification. one major problem was notification of my ride. they wouldn't even put me on the roster until they had actually communicated with my ride. I have no problem with this, but I should have been instructed in the first place. I'm very lucky that my ride was available to talk
