Excellent. Tough to get in as a patient but not her fault

Dr. Monteiro always provides care needed at-hand.

She always listens to what I say and answers my questions.

I was pleasantly surprised by the time dr. monteiro spent with me. She didn't rush and listened to everything I had to say. She also gave advise on next steps once my condition cleared up. Dr. Monteiro is not my pcp but i was provided a same day appointment for my health issue

She doesn't really know me or fully know my history. She seems like she prefers Minimal use of medication. But I don't really know her either. She's not as outgoing or connecting as other providers I've seen.

Dr Monteiro, was extremely pleasant and courteous with me at my last meeting. I've been meaning to contact her to apologize for being so sensitive when she was being so helpful and honest about medical subjects that must be addressed and delt with with my family. since that discussion my family and i have dealt with the subject as adults. without her help this still would not have been addressed. i will personally thank Dr Monteiro for this help during my next visit.

provider was not aware of prior same-day conversation with nurse and all related details discussed, communication not clear or specific enough during visit; recommended next steps confused me as a specific medication was prescribed but the specific products discussed do not have that medication in them.
