Hi, I think the problem was not really assuring the way that she diagnosed what was going on with my baby. She didn't really interact with the baby as well because for a [redacted]-year-old, it's very critical when you're examining the baby to interact a little bit. And with wearing the mask, it makes it more difficult. So that also was some feedback that I wanted to give. Overall, because there are some red spots, red dots or red rashes on my baby's body, it was not very assuring about whether she knows what's going on. She took her time.

Dr. Jenchura is probably one of the most thorough and kindest doctors I have seen, and I have been working in healthcare since 1979. She is thorough, does not judge, and makes sure that every need is met. She speaks to you in the easiest terms for everyone to understand. At the end of the intake, she did a thorough physical exam. Including a blood pressure. Ordered proper lab work. Phenomenal provider.
