Dr. Chen, who is one of the few physicians who wear bow ties to work, had a solo practice from 1992 to 2024, first in Walpole, then in Foxboro. Dr. Chen was Internist/Hematologist-Oncologist for Medical East Community Health Plan in Norwood from June 1990 to August 1992, and also was an instructor in Pathology at Harvard Medical School for the Department of Pathology at Beth Israel Hospital, Boston. My Doctor was professional, Caring and very good about explaining my blood test I feel very confident of his diagnosis. He has discovered a hidden health issue that has improve my health and recognized a side effect of one of my medications.

All of my visits (probably 8-10/yr) have been handled with courtesy and professionalism by receptionists thru nurses, PA's, PT's. Doctors. Et al!

Dr Chen is so knowledgeable and a very caring MD. I am so grateful he is my MD as he immediately understood my symptoms of asthma in Sept 2025 when I first saw him. He has been so helpful and resourceful getting me properly diagnosed as my symptoms began in March 2025. Each month until then I did not get the proper help that I needed.
