Other than being fairly late, I found Dr. Carrier to be professional, thorough, genuine. He spent obviously time reviewing our records. He showed the comparative slides of MRIs and x-rays. And he referred me on to a doctor at Mass General Boston for a second opinion. And I thought he did a good job. I felt finished by Dr. Carrier. It was as if I was no fun for him since surgery was not needed. I called a friend after the appt and when they asked I said I was basically told to suck it up. Again I felt everything I said was dismissed because surgery was not needed. I asked what the long term solution was and one mumbled something on his way out. He as 40 min late for my appt and it was before 9 am. Zero apology. I went back to that office because the Dr I saw 3 years ago was so nice. This Dr was nice but offered zero solutions when he realized/decided surgery was not on the table.

The dr was warm and conveyed the information I needed in an easy ti understand way. I left feeling I wad in good hands.

Dr. Carrier was great, however, I didn't receive a follow-up call yet from his scheduler, which I was supposed to receive last week.

Very kind professional asked about myself went over my x-rays. Let me know his thoughts. He suggested I have an ultrasound guided Cortizone shot which I agreed with, but I had to be referred to one of his colleagues in a different office as this provider does not do that. I thought I was just going to get the shot but now I have to start all over again with this colleague as a new patient, understandably, I feel very frustrated about this protocol
