first visit with this MD after my regular MD retired after 15+ years of seeing him. The new MD rushed me and did not answer my questions about my skin concerns. He just said they were no big deal, but to me they are a big deal because they are on my face. I am elderly and need some extra time to process but he rushed through everything [redacted]

Excellent in all respects! Dr Jessup is a sincere, polite, extremely knowledgeable dermatologist. He had thoroughly reviewed my medical history and I appreciated this. He clearly cares and makes the efforts to give top notch care. I feel confident he did not miss any skin cancers. I actually look forward to my next visit.

The Doc is excellent!

Dr. Jessup, whom I have only been seeing for a year or two, has proven to be a great addition to my care team. As someone who had melanoma (fifteen or twenty years go) I am very cautious about anything that appears on my skin, and he always knows if it's something to worry about or not. Once, he took a biopsy although he told me he didn't think it would be positive and, indeed, it wasn't. I would recommend him highly.

Dr. Jessup is very personable, thorough, and knowledgeable. He listens intently to all concerns and takes the time to answer questions.

I will start by saying that Dr. Jessup is a great guy. He has treated my family for years. He is extremely empathetic and a top-tier person, and a great doctor. There is a caveat. He rushes through the appointment almost always and I feel I get cut off when I am asking him a question about something. That was especially evident this time, and he told me I was asking a lot of questions, seemed exasperated, and sort of abruptly ended the appointment after my skin check was complete. I really enjoy Dr. Jessup and feel trusted in his care, I just wish he took more time to perform the skin check and didn't rush through the appointment before I have a chance to ask all of my questions.

Was a nice transition from my longtime dermatologist, Dr. [redacted], to Dr. Jessup, who was fully up to speed on my history.

I was especially pleased with the fact that Dr. Jessup investigated my medical record before the appointment and he looked up the notes from my previous dermatology providers and discussed it with me and addressed everything thoroughly.

I called the office after my visit and asked to have the name of the shampoo that Dr. Jess recommended for the seborrhea on my scalp. No one ever called me back, but he did suggest a shampoo and conditioner, and I would like it very much if someone would call me back with that information.

Dr Jessup is always prompt and thorough. He has identified issues and addressed them properly in my opinion. My family history includes melanoma so I visit twice per year which I appreciate.

He was friendly, had read my chart in advance, addressed my issues, and treated me well.

It was a very helpful visit. It was quick, easy, and I got the solutions I needed, so I would rate the experience very high.

I'm very thrilled to have Brigham and Women in my life, and they have been doing a spectacular job. However, this last time that I went to be serviced, I think I was in that office space five to six to seven minutes the most. And I thought I was going to be checked in my entire body, but nitrogen spray seemed to be the hallmark of the experience and I wasn't looking for that. I was looking for other types of problems that I might have on my skin. And as far as I was concerned, I left and I was very disappointed. And I thank you for allowing me to share this with you.

While I prefer, Dr. [redacted], because I have been going to him for years and miss him, Dr. Jessup what is everything I would expect in a dermatologist. He was open and honest.
